By-Laws & Covenants
The development of the Highlands Ridge community occurred in multiple phases. The first two phases introduced the manufactured homes in Marina Cove, where residents owned their homes but not the land beneath them. Phase III, known as Hidden Creek, was the first phase whereby residents owned both their home and property and received a Title Deed. It was during this phase that Highlands Ridge became a "Deed Restricted Community," governed by By-Laws and a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements commonly referred to as the Covenants.
